 Ich habe das Nuf wieder eingeladen und sie erklärt mir ausführlich, was es mit ’Mental Load' auf sich hat und wieso sie einen Spiegel-Bestseller darüber schreiben musste. Eigentlich geht es fundamental um Kommunikation (vor allem in Paarbeziehungen) und Bewusstwerdung, wie Sorge-Arbeit, Kindererziehung etc. in unserer Gesellschaft bewertet und belohnt wird, wieso Menschen so häufig so unglücklich sind (Frauen und Männer), und wie man das alles (und den Sex) verbessern kann.
