About this listen

Mental health is still a touchy subject in many circles--even though it's 2021. No one wants to look as if they don't have it all together but the truth is, who does?

What I can tell you is that God cares about you from the inside out, sis. You don't have to do anything to be loved or accepted by Him. He made you and you're good enough for Him.

While you're keeping track of extracurricular activities, grocery runs, your job, and everything in between don't forget to take care of yourself. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

In this episode, we chat about:

  • common issues moms face,
  • why maintaining your mental health is vital,
  • why sharing your story is important,
  • help for when you're feeling low, and more!
