 There is a stigma attached to Mental Illness which causes many adults and children to Suffer In Silence. It’s something we don’t talk about especially in the African American community. Rhonda “Sunshine” Miller and MyKenzie Shephard know first-hand what it’s like to live with issues related to mental illness & they will candidly share their stories with us. Mykenzie’s mom Janice Shephard will also join us.
