About this listen

The Men of Issachar in the Bible were described as knowing the times and knowing solutions for the problems of the day. We don't subscribe to the fact that we have all of the answers, but we do prescribe The One who does. We discuss where culture and Christianity collide.

  • Men of Issachar = 8. - Classical Christian School is Better?
    Feb 24 2026

Welcome back to the Men of Issachar Podcast. We have a very special episode that’s been in the works for a while now. I think we’ve had to reschedule this particular session around 4 or 5 times due to either illness or everyone’s schedules just not being able to match up. Nick Duncan and Christie Wright are our guests today, and we are going to be talking about why Classical Christian Education or CCE, as you might hear it referred to, is superior to other types of education, in most cases. I know that’s a bold claim, but there is a study that Christie quotes in this episode that backs up that claim, so I encourage you to listen all the way through. Both Nick and Christie are 1% of 1%ers in my book. Not only are they brilliant on many different subjects, they are truly kind and good people. So Sit back, relax, as Terry Gant, Jeff Wright, and myself Jason Gaw strive to be, Men of Issachar.

  • Episode 6 - Islam and the Crusades
    Jan 12 2026

Welcome to Episode 6 of the Men of Issachar Podcast. We are going to be talking about a subject that is not the most fun to talk about, but I think definitely is, and is becoming more and more so relevant to the World landscape, and the local landscape. We are going to be giving you tools to gain wisdom on this subject and gain truthful and Biblical perspective. We just want to raise awareness on a subject that is creeping its way into positions of power and influence. We are going to be talking about the religion of Islam. I want to draw the distinction now that we are not blaming the people that have fallen subject to, or born into islam, we are calling out the spirit behind it all. We love and pray for these folks. Our enemies are not flesh and blood, but spiritual. I think we are witnessing our country’s lack of wisdom and deception, give ground to the enemy. We are just saying we need to take it back, before it’s too late and the deception has reached a critical threshold. Sit back, relax, and take in this conversation with Jeff Wright, Terry Gant, and myself Jason Gaw, as we strive to be, Men of Issachar. 🛒 Bear Knuckles - Best Leather gloves ever made!
