Welcome to the Spiritual Levers Podcast. We are your hosts, Roman Gelperin and Sneha Harsh. And we are not only enthusiasts of highly effective tools that leave a massively positive impact on a person’s mind in a short amount of time — what we will refer to as “spiritual levers” — we’re also romantic partners and spiritual lovers. A conscious couple growing together.
While in later episodes, we’ll interview guests who are elite practitioners of especially effective interventions for rapid spiritual development, consciousness expansion, and deep psychological insight, in this pilot episode we thought we’d just interview each other — as both partners in love and partners in inner work.
We explore:
- the origins of our common interest in exponentially effective interventions for spiritual growth and how that interest evolved within our relationship as a couple
- the inner work practices and spiritual tools that we know, use, and share as romantic partners
- the “levers” that shaped our journey toward self-actualization and relationship growth
- and how these practices have supported our own personal transformation, our connection as a couple, and our motivation for starting this podcast together
