About this listen

Welcome to Meditation Location — inspired by my book Surviving Girlhood to Motherhood. Each meditation is a descriptive “location” designed to let you momentarily escape, soften into safety, and calm your nervous system. Rooted in spirituality, self-discovery, and healing, these guided journeys invite you to pause, breathe, and remember your wholeness. Whether you’re seeking grounding, clarity, or light, each practice is a gentle reminder: you are safe, you are seen, you are home.© 2025 Meditation Location Personal Development Personal Success

  • Why are Millenials like that? (not a mediation)
    Nov 13 2025

Astrology reminds me how deeply we really are all connected. When viewing a birth chart, you’ll see the alignment of the sun, moon, planets and houses at the moment of one’s birth. Planets move at different speeds, for example Pluto moves slowly. Many astrologists decipher generations (Alpha, Gen Z, Millennials, GenX, Boomers, etc.) based on Pluto’s transit.

For the Millennial generation, Pluto was transiting Scorpio— the sign of death, regeneration, secrecy, and truth. (That’s me and possibly you: born 1981-1996.) We were born with an instinct to dig beneath the surface, to expose what’s been hidden, to transform pain into purpose.
