In this episode we talk about the pressure to be "perfect" Christian couples. In any relationship there is the pressure to attain perfection, even more so in the Christian community where people are constantly assessing the "godliness" in one another. But every relationship has conflicts as our human conditions begin to show and it can be exhausting to want our partners/relationships to parallel the standards of perfection in the christian community. In this episode we talk through some of our struggles, the pressure to be "perfect" and how we are learning to see that differences and imperfections should not make us feel like we are failing.

We are officially back after a long and much needed break. It is so crazy how the year went by so fast and though it did not go how most of us planned and expected; we have learned a lot, survived and thrived. In this episode we share some testimonies and dive deep into our most challenging and memorable moments of 2020. We've had some downs and some ups. Relationships provide the opportunity for people with completely different experiences and unique characteristics to come together as one and to unite in purpose. They are meant to be both enjoyable and purposeful but more often than not, people go into relationships with the expectation that partners alleviate their insecurities and fill voids no one but God can fill. It is possible to be in a close relationship and still maintain your individuality, identity and wholeness when you understand that God is enough.
