Is the opposite of burnout, balance? Or is it connection? Maybe it's both. And maybe the "balance" is about perspective - our perspective from which we observe whether we are in balance or not. What does "balance" mean to you?

Is it possible that you get sick or get into emergencies on a subconscious level to get attention and support from some people in your life? Some people are only there for us when we are down or in an emergency. It's great to have their support in those moments, but it would be great to have their support even when things are going well. We need someone to cheer us on!

Your real adventure doesn't begin when you begin, it begins when you leave your comfort zone behind - when you chose the unknown over the known - when you chose adventure over stagnation.
