  • 10 ottobre 1985, ore 21.30: un Boeing 737 dell’Egyptair viene costretto ad atterrare alla Base militare di Sigonella (CT) da dei caccia militari americani. I militari italiani corrono a difendere l’aereo civile, a costo di vedersi puntare i fucili in faccia da un alleato storico dell’Italia.
