Mathieu Yon est maraîcher bio, sur un hectare à Dieulefit dans la Drôme. Il a étudié la philosophie et son parcours spirituel est marqué par l'ermite frère Antoine. Aujourd'hui, il souhaite contribuer à l'unité du monde agricole qui, selon lui, est le seul chemin possible pour que ce monde ne meure pas. Il expérimente aussi une forme de "sécurité sociale alimentaire" visant à rendre les bons produits locaux accessibles à tous.
