About this listen

Life is so cyclical. My friends and my family thought I was loosing my mind, so I had to step back to search within to find what I wanted. Last year, at this time, I was so unhappy with all the accumulation of “things”. I was living downtown LA in a large beautiful loft next to the Staples Center. I had 3 TV’s, a PlayStation 4 with games, a closet full of clothes, suits, and shoes, more electronics than I could use, bedding, sheets, pillows, and furniture galore. I remember ... I made a list of it all in preparation to sell things. And then I decided to just GIVE IT ALL AWAY. From my clothes to my furniture and my expensive suits. All of it. I was scared. I was unsure. I didn’t know what would happen. I still did it. I left. I moved myself into a hostel @podshare and met an amazing community of friends that I still talk to. I moved my business @hairmaidenindia into a smaller but nicer unit in Beverly Hills. I was expecting a decrease in business and the exact OPPOSITE happened. It was a level up in disguise.
