 Mary Kilbane is a 37-year-old Dyspraxic from County Longford in the Republic of Ireland. She has been attending the free twice-weekly ‘Dyspraxic Fitness Online Workout’ consistently since 2020. She plays a vital part in its success in that she helps behind the scenes to ensure it runs smoothly. In her role as admin, Mary creates twice-weekly event listings on the Dyspraxic Fitness Facebook page to attract possible newcomers to come and experience the group exercise for themselves. Mary discovered she had Dyspraxia aged 33 whilst studying to become a qualified Accountant Technician and learning to drive. In addition, Mary also has Asperger's traits (diagnosed aged 23).
