About this listen

Marriage: The good ole days were obscured! There I said it!

As much as we love to think that our great-grandparents had this beautiful love story, most did not. In many older marriages the woman was mainly oppressed and had no other choice but to stay in a relationship because of financial reasons and the stigma of divorce. Can you believe that No-Fault divorces did not become a thing until the 1970s; where couples could obtain divorces for any or no reason? MIND.BLOWN! .. . that was not long ago if you think about it.

I don't know about you but I am glad that we are no longer in those days. Take a listen to this episode and let us know your thoughts on the subject.
