We catch up with Hull and the Acquitor, where we overhear a rousing conversation about the waking of a Hold that has been inactive for centuries. Later, we join up with the delegation in the Emperor's chambers, where a tense discussion plays out about the illegal seal harvest. The delegation is left completely speechless; as for the Emperor and the Edur, they are officially done defining actions with words.
