About this listen

Your Anger is Righteous. Now Harness It for Good.

In this episode I make a case for anger—an often ignored or outright condemned emotion in the spiritual and conscious communities. But if we believe the teaching that no emotion—anger, sadness, joy, elation—is inherently “good” or “bad,” then why does anger get such a bad rap?

I give some personal examples in my life of how I’ve harnessed anger for aligned action and making change, provide some recommendations on how to recognize and manage anger when it comes up, and share how to use this powerful emotion to start making positive change in your own life and the lives of others.
