  • 081 Welcome to My Legacy Business Era
    Apr 15 2026
Welcome to My Legacy Era This episode feels really special to me because I'm sharing what I'm calling my Legacy Era — and honestly, it's changing everything about how I approach business, money, and life. Why I'm Building a Legacy Business After turning 60, I've been thinking a lot about what I actually want my work to look like moving forward. For me, a legacy business isn't about selling it or passing it down. It's about creating something that: Sustains me financiallyGives me more freedom with my time Allows for travel, family, and spaciousnessAnd most importantly… makes a meaningful difference I'm bringing all of my experience, all of me, into this next chapter. My Regenerative Business Philosophy Legacy, to me, means regenerative work — leaving things better than I found them. I care deeply about helping women, especially in midlife and menopause, transform their relationship with: Money Selling Receiving Because here's what I believe: 👉 Women deserve to work in ways that don't deplete them 👉 And when more money is in women's hands, the world becomes a better place Diversifying My Income Streams I'm no longer relying on just one way of making money. Right now, I'm: Profitable on Insight Timer Building on Substack Still present on social media (but spending less time there) Reducing my 1:1 client load I'm intentionally shifting away from high-effort models towards more sustainable, scalable income streams. Introducing: Fun Money Collective My core offer moving forward is my new membership: Fun Money Collective It's a year-long experience hosted on Skool — which I love because everything is in one place (community, content, calendar… all of it works beautifully for my ADHD brain). Inside, we focus on: Identity Self-leadership Multiple income streams Sales mindset This is built from my Fun Money Intensive, but in a way that feels more spacious and sustainable. A More Sustainable Way to Work I'm done with business models that require constant Zoom calls and high energy output. This membership allows me to: Deliver deep transformation Support women powerfully Without burnout or overextension Because women in midlife need business models that support them, not drain them. Why I'm Saying No to AI Overload I know there's a huge push right now towards AI-heavy businesses. And while I respect it, it's not for me. As a highly sensitive introvert with ADHD, I don't want: Constant automation noise Complex systemsBig teams I've had $30K–$100K months before… and I know what it takes. And I'm choosing something different now: 👉 Simplicity 👉 Alignment 👉 Sustainability Exploring New Income Possibilities I'm still curious and open. I love seeing different business models — like apps or passive income streams generating consistent revenue. Will I build one? Maybe. Maybe not. But I refuse to buy into the narrative that I'll be "left behind" if I don't follow every trend. I care about: My energyMy valuesAnd even the environmental impact Showing Up Authentically (Finally) I'm giving myself full permission to: Drop the perfectly curated contentLet go of rigid niches Share from the heart On Substack and inside my world, I'll be talking more about: My lifeMy body transformation journey What it really looks like to be in this stage of life Because that's what actually connects. Substack & The Legacy Era I'm also launching a paid Substack tier for women who want to build their own legacy businesses through writing. This "Legacy Era" isn't just for women in their 60s. It's for: Women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s+ I've seen women in their 70s and even 80s create incredible new businesses. We are in a new era — and it's available to all of us. Back to Basics (Goodbye Guru Era) I truly believe the "guru era" is ending. The big, loud, complicated online businesses? Many are struggling. What works now is: Simplicity FoundationsReal connection Inside Fun Money Collective, we start with what I call the Fun Money Hour: Daily non-negotiables Heart-led marketing Following up with people already in your world Because you probably don't need a bigger audience. You need to nurture the one you already have. A Message for You Let me say this clearly: You belong in business. You are worthy of making money. You are allowed to sell. You don't need: More certificationsMore healing More proof You get to show up now — as you are — and share your work with the people who need it. ✨ Come Join Me If this resonates, I'd love to have you inside Fun Money Collective. You can also connect with me on Substack, where I'll be sharing more of this journey in real time. This is my Legacy Era… and maybe it's yours too. Sending you love, abundance, simplicity, and spaciousness. There is more than enough for all of us 💛

  • 080 Bored or Burnt Out & want to burn it all down? Listen up!
    Mar 27 2026
Am I Burnt Out… Or Just Bored?

Have you ever found yourself wondering if you're actually burnt out… or if you've simply outgrown the way you're doing business?

In this episode, I'm talking about something I've been hearing from so many established women in business lately — that feeling of being flat, uninspired, disconnected, and unsure whether it's exhaustion… or whether the work just doesn't light you up anymore.

Because sometimes, what looks like burnout is actually boredom.
Sometimes your business hasn't stopped working because of the economy or the algorithm or "the market" — sometimes it's because you've changed.

And when you've been in business for a while, that matters.

I'm inviting you to get really honest with yourself in this episode:

    • Has the sparkle gone?
    • Are you still excited by your offers?
    • Are you just repeating what used to work because it feels safe?
    • And deep down… do you know you're meant for a bigger, more expansive way of doing things?

I also talk about why making more money does not have to mean doing more, pushing harder, or working longer hours.

Often, it's about doing less — but better.

It's about having the right support to help you see what's actually going on:
What's a strategy issue, what's a mindset block, and what's simply your nervous system clinging to what feels familiar — even if it no longer feels fulfilling.

This episode is your reminder that you are allowed to evolve.
    You are allowed to pivot.
    You are allowed to reinvent.
And you are absolutely allowed to build a business that feels spacious, exciting, profitable, and fully aligned with the woman you are now.

Because what worked last year, last month, or even last decade… might not be the thing that gets to come with you into this next chapter.

Inside this episode, I talk about:
    • The difference between burnout and boredom
    • Why so many women in business plateau when they've outgrown their current model
    • How "safe" can actually become soul-destroying
    • Why doing more is rarely the answer
    • The power of strategic simplicity
    • How to identify where your energy is dropping in your business
    • Why an elegant pivot can create more joy, spaciousness, and abundance
    If this episode hit home…

If you're feeling flat in your business, unsure what needs to change, or craving a simpler and more energising path forward, I'd love to hear from you.

  • 079 Working To A New Rhythm In My Coaching Business This Year
    Jan 19 2026

At 60, my body sent me a very clear message — it was time to work to a different rhythm.

In this episode, I share what unfolded after a trip to Australia, a series of unexpected events, and a health scare that stopped me in my tracks. Rather than seeing it as something going "wrong," I explore how my body was guiding me toward deeper alignment — in life, business, and money.

We talk about listening to the wisdom of the body in midlife, letting clarity arrive instead of forcing it, and creating a business that supports health, ease, and abundance. This is an invitation to honour the season you're in and design your life and work to truly fit who you are now.

More than anything, this episode is an invitation:
    To trust your body.
To honour the season of life you're in.
And to allow yourself to work, earn, and live in a way that feels nourishing — not depleting.

If you'd like to explore working together — whether that's one-to-one, inside Simplify & Flourish, or through a single deep-dive session — all the links are in the show notes. I'd love to connect.
