The constant repetitive reminders of the anxiety producing triggers in our current world were unnecessary. I had to stop listening after the third chapter. If I wanted to be reminded of the state of the world, I could have simply read the news.

I am a highly anxious person, and taking time to listen to this series of podcasts had been helpful and comforting. I have a long way to go to overcome my own anxieties. But I feel less alone.
Thank you to those brave beautiful people for sharing and to Sarah for her guidance and peaceful demeanour.

I enjoyed the performances, Sarah especially is easy to listen to and follow. But more importantly, the topics Sarah discusses made a LOT more sense to me than a specialist. I took from it what resonated for me.
Very practical, widely-focused and without the clinical mumbo-jumbo that you get from psychologists etc.

Engaging and hit home
