About this listen

Welcome to M.P.G podcast. This podcast is intended to help you Embrace the Uncomfortable - The world is not black and white, and neither are your experiences. Our individual experiences are what shapes us and how we respond to things in this world. With MPG podcast, you'll gain access to a platform where you can explore the grey areas and challenge your beliefs. Our subconscious mind forces us to live in a constant state of comfort. To get out of this state and really learn ourselves, we must be willing to explore the conversations that make us uncomfortable. Our biggest goal for MPG Podcast is to expand your mindset and embrace the uncomfortable for personal growth and self-discovery.

  • Why Are Boundaries Important In Your Relationships
    Dec 25 2022

Boundaries are very important for maintaining healthy relationships in our lives. It sets limits and keeps each person from overstepping and entering into another person's personal space. When we set boundaries, it is an act of love that allows us to protect ourselves from being exploited or taken advantage of. When we set and maintain boundaries we create a healthy way of showing and telling people how we would like to be treated and what are the conditions that come with mistreatment or overstepping of any kind. Boundaries not only help keep others in check, but they also help keep us on track when we find ourselves being pulled away from priorities by people who want more control in our lives than they should have. Boundaries help us maintain our own integrity and keep us true to who we are.

  • How Have You Been?
    Dec 15 2022

I took a step back to reanalyze the purpose and way I wanted to take you with the podcast and the information I bring to you. During this time, I did a lot of self-analyzing and analyzed my environment to figure out all the things that were no longer serving my journey to a higher purpose. I'm recommitted with the intention of being free in bringing new and exciting information to stimulate growth for all my queens.
