 El 2024 ha estat l’any més càlid mai registrat a Europa, amb una onada de calor històrica i rècords de temperatura marina al Mediterrani. Segons Copernicus i l’OMM, el continent s’escalfa gairebé el doble que la mitjana global. S’han viscut més pluges intenses, incendis i nits tropicals. Diversos països impulsen mesures d’adaptació climàtica, com la gestió de l’aigua, la reforestació i energies netes. La UE promou fons i assegurances per fer front a l’emergència climàtica.
