About this listen

Whilst we hope everyone can enjoy, gain insight and know that talking about mental health is a positive thing our goal is to help men understand that it is OK to talk about mental health and that they are not going through it alone. Men are less likely to admit when they feel vulnerable, and will not communicate that vulnerability to themselves, friends, family, or a medical expert, our hope for this podcast is that it allows people to understand that its OK to say you are not OK, and you need help and that asking for help is not a sign of weakness but actually a strength. Each episode we will have a new guest who has chosen to share their story in the hopes of creating more awareness.Copyright MEN-Tal Health matters podcast Hygiene & Healthy Living Psychology Psychology & Mental Health
