About this listen
Steve Goodwin shot his first rooster on family property outside Wellman, Iowa. Steve said he wasn’t sure who was more surprised his Dad or him. This hunting event set the stage for a passion for bird hunting that continues today. The Goodwin family mostly hunted family land without dogs but in the early seventies a small black and white English setter called Chip changed everything.
