• A weekly monitoring rhythm that actually fits practice: jump mat Monday (readiness + intent), prone iso-Nord midweek (hamstring check + asymmetry trends), force plate squat jump Friday (end-of-week concentric output). Green 0–10%, yellow 10–15%, red 15%+.
• Programming isn’t one squat for every body: squat variations based on training age, comfort, limb lengths, injury history, and what the athlete actually needs (posture strength, hip loading, robust midsection, sand-specific movement).
• Culture + communication = performance: coaches in the room, shared language, real-time feedback, and tight integration with AT + sport psych so issues get caught early—plus the hard part: pulling “kitchen sink” athletes back so adaptation can actually happen.
