María Teresa Rodríguez se puso al frente de Galletas Gullón cuando enviudó
en 1983 y decidió seguir con el sueño de su marido, fabricar galletas. Pero marcando un nuevo camino: la galleta saludable, dietética, probiótica. Ahora es líder en el segmento galleta-salud y la facturación se ha multiplicado. Tras 40 años al frente, aún acude todos los días andando a la fábrica y, por la tarde, despacha en la tienda.
