  • What happened after
    Feb 9 2026

In this episode of Luna Voices, I share what came after the night I was taken — not the dramatic aftermath people expect, but the quiet, confusing, long-term impact of trauma.

I talk about memory loss, personality changes, unhealthy relationships, dissociation, and how trauma can live in the body long after the danger has passed. I also share why it took me years to understand what happened, and how finally receiving the right diagnosis changed everything.

This episode is shared to help put language to experiences that often go unnamed, to build understanding around PTSD and trauma, and to remind anyone listening that healing is possible — at any stage.

There is no graphic detail, but the themes are heavy. Please listen with care, and only when you feel ready.

Support resources are shared at the end of the episode.

  • The night I was taken
    Jan 16 2026

In this episode of Luna Voices, I share the full story of what happened on the night I was assaulted — how I was taken away, the moments that signalled danger, and how I managed to escape.

I tell this story not for shock, and not for sympathy, but for awareness. These situations don’t always look the way we expect them to. There is often no alcohol, no chaos, and no obvious warning — just calculated behaviour, confusion, and silence.

This episode is shared from lived experience, without graphic detail, and with the intention of helping others recognise signs, trust their instincts, and understand that survival — and delayed impact — are both real.

Listener discretion is advised. Please take care of yourself while listening, and pause or step away at any time.

    Content Note

This episode discusses sexual assault and trauma in a non-graphic way.
