Luke Youlden is a Bathurst winner, and is the definition of an Aussie battler. A driver who never quite had the luxury or financial backing that so many others enjoyed on their way up the ranks. However, through sheer hard work, determination, and persistence, he’s managed to forge an impressive career in Australian motorsport.

Luke began his career in Formula Ford, winning the championship back in 2000. He then went on to be class champion in GT Production and came agonisingly close to winning the Super2 Championship, finishing equal first on points but losing out on a countback.

He would go on to compete in over 50 Supercars races, driving for some of the most iconic teams in the sport claiming eight podiums and one very memorable win at Bathurst.

In 2021, he retired from Supercars and now is in charge of Porsche Track Experience, and also plays a role in helping to develop the next generation of racers.

Luke Youlden joins us on ‘The Podium’ to discuss the ups and downs of his motorsport journey and also shares his words of advice for up aspiring racers.
