Lucía, who was not a believer of the supernatural, found herself in a terrifying encounter when the electricity went out one evening. Amid the haunting silence and pitch darkness, she heard knocking on her bedroom door followed by an eerie voice that she recognized as her deceased father's. Opening her door, she came face to face with a tall, pale, lifeless figure emanating the stench of decomposing flesh. The terrifying encounter haunted her and to this day, any power outage accompanied by the foul smell brings forth vivid memories of the incident. Despite skeptics discounting her experience as vivid dreams or hallucinations, Lucia remained steadfast in her belief that the incident was real.
