  • 59 | The Gentle Reset: Rhythms, Routines, and Running Your Race at Your Pace | Christian Homemaking | Guilt Free Home | faith-based productivity | habits and rhythms
    Nov 3 2025

Feeling behind on your habits, routines, and rhythms—especially after travel or a hard season? This grace-filled episode is a letter to the Christian homemaker who thinks she’s “failing.” Evelyn shares honestly about returning from an 18-day trip, losing momentum, and rebuilding rhythms in mind, life, and home without shame. Together, you’ll release guilt, remember your identity in Christ, and rest in the love of God described in 1 Corinthians 13—patience, kindness, and “no record of wrongs.” If you’re overwhelmed by dishes, laundry, or the mental load, this is your invitation to slow down, reset, and run the race at your own pace.

    You’ll hear:

    • Why travel and disrupted seasons scramble habits—and how to gently restart

    • How to separate your worth from productivity, routines, and “perfect” homemaking

    • A simple mindset shift for speaking life over your home, marriage, and body

    • Scriptural comfort (1 Corinthians 13; John 3:16) for women in a silent or weary season

  • 58 | 10 Lovely Things I Learned This Summer | Summer Time Recap | Product Recommendations | Embarrassing Stories
    Oct 13 2025

Recording from Harrisburg, PA, I’m sharing 10 lovely lessons summer taught me—from realizing I’m not the main character (Jesus is), to practicing presence, laughing through a cringe-y voicemail, falling for pickleball and the beach, and simple rhythms like a car catch-all bin, the SOAP Bible study method, and an “Everything Notebook.” Consider this your grace-filled reset as we step into fall: less guilt, more peace, and practical little swaps (yes, even toothpaste!) that make everyday life lovelier.

Would you rather: a tiny daily kitchen burn or a face that stings after every wash? Tell me in the Spotify Q&A or drop it in a 5-star Apple review—then email me at shopallthingslovelyco@gmail.com with your favorite takeaway. You are lovely, and so is your home. 💛

  • 57 | How About Some Jesus? How the Story of Saul to Paul Can Encourage the Modern Christian Wife | Spiritual Encouragement | Christian Podcast
    Sep 15 2025

This week's episode was one I felt that I needed to make, even though it doesn't match our normal theme of talking about rhythms and routines in our lovely homes.

Last week was a very emotional week for not only me, but for our world as well. So many dark things have happened in life, many dark things aren't even being brought to life, but I think after hearing one bad thing after another on the news a lot of people cracked.

This episode is not a political one. So please know that if you are not wanting to hear political opinions, you are safe with this episode. For the majority of the episode I discuss the life of Paul. I have been reading Colossians, and after the events that were brought to light and shared / heard around the world, I was able to read Colossians in a way I have never read before. I pray that this episode encourages you and motivates you to dive deep into the word of God. I pray that HIS voice will be far louder than mine.

I think a lot of us have been experiencing a wake up call. A wake up call that I'm calling a Spiritual nudge. I would love to hear your thoughts on this episode, as well as get to know you more as a sister in Christ, so please feel free to reach out via email:

The piano at the end of the music was produced and composed by me. I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to say, but please don't steal it.

Please forgive the annoying puppy dog sounds you may be hearing through your earphones. Ember wanted to say hello... a lot.

You are lovely, and so is your home and you are a good person.

    Jesus Loves You.
