  • Grief, Purpose & What Pets Teach Us About Love with Matt Johnsons
    Dec 18 2025

What happens when you finally say how you feel, after years of not having the tools, the language, or the permission to do so?

In this deeply honest and emotional episode of Love Purpose Connection, Estelle is joined by Matt Johnsons for a conversation about men’s mental health, masculinity, grief, and the unexpected ways love finds us, even through the heartbreak of losing a pet.

Matt shares how growing up without emotional tools as a working-class man left him struggling in silence, how speaking about his feelings quite literally saved his life, and how spaces for honest male connection helped him feel less alone. He opens up about depression, shame, masculinity, and the courage it takes to be sensitive in a world that often tells men not to be.

At the heart of this episode is grief, particularly the profound heartbreak of losing his beloved pug. Matt reflects on how having a dog gave him purpose, eased loneliness, and ultimately taught him unconditional love. Losing him broke his heart, but also cracked it open in a way that forever changed how he loves himself and others and how this lead to his RSPCA campaign to help people grieving a pet have a voice.

    In this episode -

    • Men’s mental health and emotional honesty
    • How talking about feelings can save lives
    • Masculinity, sensitivity, and redefining strength
    • Depression, shame, and self-reflection
    • Grief and the heartbreak of losing a pet
    • Purpose, loneliness, and responsibility
    • What pets teach us about unconditional love

This is a conversation about vulnerability, hope, and the quiet power of choosing connection, even when it hurts.

  • Being A Witch, Living With the Moon & Feminine Wisdom with Emma Griffin
    Oct 30 2025

The Witch’s Way Home with Emma Griffin

In this episode, Estelle is joined by intuitive witch, author and mentor Emma Griffin to explore what it truly means to live in rhythm with nature, honour the moon and the seasons, and return to a sacred, slower way of being. Together, they dive into the deeper meaning of the word witch, not the old stereotype, but a woman who has done the work to know who she is, to reclaim her power, and to live with awareness, purpose and love.

In this conversation, Estelle and Emma explore:

    • What it means to live seasonally, and why constant “go-go-go” living is unnatural for us
    • The witch as a symbol of sovereignty, self-knowledge and connection to nature
    • How to work with the moon and your own cycle for insight and balance
    • Creating sacred rituals, altars and following the Celtic wheel of the year
    • Shadow work and the importance of embracing both light and dark
    • How your home can become your altar, a reflection of your sacred inner life
    • Emma’s personal journey: from learning witchcraft from her mother, to life as a fashion designer, to healing from a decade-long journey with cancer
    • The meaning of returning home to yourself, the true “witch’s way home”

This episode is a reminder that slowing down, listening to your body, and honouring the natural cycles of life is not a luxury — it’s a return to who we really are.
