Joe Dillon. Joe draws from over 17 years as a divorce mediator and financial expert, plus his own childhood experience with divorce, to help couples turn painful transition into an opportunity for growth, especially when kids are involved.

Joe has trained mediators through both the New Jersey Association for Professional Mediators and Northwestern University’s 40-hour divorce mediation courses. He’s also judged major student mediation tournaments, giving him a birds-eye view of what truly works in negotiation and family dynamics, and was recently named commencement speaker for California State University, San Marcos.
