About this listen

This is probably our most exciting episode yet! The stars aligned when we met Rachael at Target one day!

Miss Indiana Women's Physique 2018, Rachael Heffner, sits down with us for a nice chat in her apartment gym. She shares about what motivated her to change her lifestyle, going on Dr. Oz, her excess skin surgery, and starting her own training business Physiques Reborn with her boyfriend Daniel. She dishes on other little things like spray tanning for competition, how much her bikini cost, and her biggest gym pet peeve.

This episode features some bonus footage on our Youtube channel where Rachael teaches us how to pose for a body building competition. A special thank you to Rachael for being so generous with her time and story!
