    Truth be told the first time I had pre diabetes was a COMPLETE shock to the system of course natrually, and like many I thought the problem was I ate too many carbs, sO I cut that out thinikng yep thats the problem the fact I had it twice threw that misconception right outta the window


    So in this episode, I don't only share what happened to me and why I got it TWICE but actually, how you can actually get pre-diabetes that has nothing to do with carbohydrates!
