On defence, there's plenty of mobility and defensive ability, but is unique for its lack of a single right-shot blueliner. Elite talents will be left at home at forward as there are just too many names to choose from, and will be led by Gavin McKenna, Michael Misa, and Porter Martone. On defence, Zayne Parekh will lead the charge offensively, while draft-eligible Keaton Verhoeff and Carson Carels made the cut. In net, Carter George will almost certainly get the reins following dominant displays at the world juniors last year and the U18s the year prior. We break down our tournament predictions, too, as Team Canada's talent is so strong, anything but Gold will be a disappointment.
