VGK will receive $2.5 million in LTIR cap space with Mark Stone on the long term injured reserve list. He cannot return until November 15 at the earliest. It's next man up for VGK as Bruce Cassidy announced goalie Adin Hill is out week-to-week, which in NHL terms could be a while, at least a couple of weeks. In his place VGK recalled Carl Lindbom from Henderson. The Golden Knights also called up defenseman Jaycob Megna, the Silver Knights captain. VGK was playing with just six defensemen and didn't have any depth. Noah Hanifin was added to the I.R. list - so he will miss the next two games at a minimum.
