As a freelancer and a creative, it can be difficult to know when to switch off and take some time out for yourself and when to push through. Some of you may know (some of you may not) but music has been part of my life since I was very young. It wasn't until after I finished University that I actually got into producing and recording. It felt like there had been this massive build-up throughout my whole life to this point and when I got there quickly fell out of love. The pressure I put on myself really affected me and it took me ages to realise that maybe it's ok to take a step back from it! 

In this week's episode, I touch on my music journey and being ok with letting writing, recording and performing go. It's something I know I can come back to.
