  • 78. Journalism, Leadership, and the Art of Curiosity with Leah Mether
    May 13 2026

Great leadership is not just about technical expertise. It is about mastering the tricky people part. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders podcast, I sit down with communication and human skills expert, Leah Mether. Leah is the author of Soft is the New Hard and Steer Through the Storm, and she specialises in helping leaders regulate themselves under pressure, and navigate change with a practical, straight-shooting style.

She shares her fascinating journey from small town journalist to global thought leader, and reveals how the art of deep curiosity, and authentic connection can transform your leadership style.

Leah’s unique advice tackles the reality of leading teams through high pressure. This conversation is packed with actionable insights just for you if you have ever struggled with difficult workplace conversations, emotional regulation, or moving past old-school command-and-control management.

    Key Takeaways:
    • The journalism advantage is essential for building corporate foundations. Building deep rapport, practising active listening, and honouring vulnerability as a gift lays the ultimate foundation for corporate leadership.
    • Soft skills are actually the hardest power skills to master. Emotional regulation and human communication are the toughest power skills to master but they are absolutely essential to replace outdated command and control management.
    • The reality of peopling requires a major shift in focus. Technical brilliance is no longer enough when you are promoted into a management role because your success now rests entirely on your ability to lead human beings.
    • Caring for your team is the core requirement of effective leadership. A candid reality check on why you simply cannot lead a team effectively to get their best work if you do not genuinely care about people.
    • Embracing your career pivot creates a more authentic presence. Embracing your personal backstory and multi-passionate nature allows you to develop an authentic leadership voice rather than putting on a forced performance.

  • 77. Why Energy is Your Most Powerful Leadership Tool with Gitte Madelaire
    Apr 22 2026
Leadership is about combining commercial business sense with a human, energetic sense. In this episode of the Limitless Leaders Podcast, I sat down with Gitte Madelaire, owner of Evoke New Leadership, visionary pioneer, and author of Energetic Leadership, to explore what leadership really requires in a world where employees demand more spiritual and sustainable business models. Gitte challenges old, outdated leadership habits and invites a deeper conversation about what tapping into intuition really means in practice, moving us from “woo-woo” to “woo-hoo!”. This conversation is a timely reminder that while modern life design often collides with outdated habits, it is our ability to pause, find stillness, and practice inner sustainability that creates clarity, connection, and meaningful impact. The leaders who thrive are not those trapped in the past, but the brave and curious ones who lead truthfully from the inside out. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: Walking on two legs is essential for balance. Merging our performance-driven, logical energy with our intuitive energy allows us to lead holistically with our head, heart, and gut.Stillness is a leader's secret weapon. Finding time to pause, be still, and tune into your unique leadership frequency is vital for inner sustainability and navigating the dance between the ego and the soul.Energetic leadership rests on three pillars. True transformation requires foresight (looking out the window at future trends), personal development (grounding and presence), and business transformation (the courage to act on your purpose).Curiosity and foresight drive high-performing teams. Teams that dare to be brave, curious, and responsible possess the awareness and ability to anticipate future trends and act upon them.Small “energy snacks” create big shifts. Taking just 60 seconds to close your eyes, stepping into nature, or singing a song can profoundly boost your mood, presence, and energetic frequency Contact Gitte Madelaire: Gitte Madelaire Website Gitte Madelaire on LinkedIn Gitte Madelaire on Instagram Enjoy This Podcast? • 76. Celebrating 20 Years of Growth, Gratitude, and Grit
    Mar 25 2026
Twenty years in business. It feels both significant and deeply humbling to say that out loud. In this solo episode, I take a moment to pause and reflect on the journey. From leaving what I often describe as the “safe cocoon” of corporate life, to stepping into the unknown, and building RG Dynamics from the ground up. It was not a decision I made lightly, and like many of you, I did not have everything mapped out. What I did have was a strong sense that there was something more I was being called to do. Over the years, there have been many highs, along with challenges, uncertainty, and moments where I have had to dig deep and reconnect with why I started in the first place. What has kept me going is not just the work itself, but the impact. Supporting leaders, working with teams, and helping create workplaces where people can truly thrive, communicate effectively, and lead with intention. What I know for sure is this. It has never just been about building a business. It has always been about purpose. And while so much has evolved over the past two decades, that purpose has remained constant. You can watch the podcast here, click the image below, or listen on your favourite platforms. Key Takeaways: Your vision becomes your anchor. When you run your own business, there is no one else setting the direction. Your vision guides your decisions, especially during the uncertain moments.Purpose must stay at the centre. The way you deliver your work will evolve, but your why should remain clear. Purpose is what keeps you grounded through change.Growth requires adaptability. Over 20 years, I have seen industries shift, leadership evolve, and expectations change. Staying open and willing to adapt is essential.Leadership starts with self-leadership. You cannot effectively lead others if you are not willing to lead yourself first. Awareness, discipline, and resilience matter.Relationships are everything. At the heart of every successful business and every great leader is the ability to connect, communicate, and build trust. Reaching 20 years in business is not just about longevity. It is about learning, evolving, and continuing to show up with intention. If there is one thing I hope you take from this episode, it is this: stay connected to your purpose, trust your vision, and keep growing. As part of this milestone, I am hosting a complimentary live webinar to share the most powerful leadership insights I have learned over the past two decades. In today’s rapidly changing world, technical knowledge alone is not enough. The leaders who stand out are those who connect, communicate, and lead with genuine human intelligence. In this 90-minute session, I will introduce the five essential behaviours of Leadership Intelligence every modern leader must master.
