Andrei Vasilevskiy and Ryan McDonagh returned to the lineup, Nikita Kucherov was scratched due to illness while Brandon Hagel missed the game with an upper-body injury. Anthony Cirelli left the game in the 3rd period and didn't return. Oliver Bjorkstrand scored the lone goal for the Lightning, his 5th of the season.
