    In the latest episode of Life in Food with Laura Price, I talk to Indian chef and restaurateur Gaggan Anand about Food, Fame and Failure. Having moved from Kolkata to Bangkok in 2007, Gaggan opened his eponymous restaurant in Bangkok in 2010 and went on to win the title of Asia's Best Restaurant in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he fell out with his business partners and closed the restaurant, separating from his wife at the same time. Then came the global pandemic. Now Gaggan is back and ready for new levels of success, with the 2.0 version of his restaurant winning all the accolades. In the episode we talk about fatherhood, failure and the pressures of fame, and what Gaggan has learned from the challenges he's been through. *Warning: This episode also touches on the theme of suicide.*
