    I’m back on Life Unscripted after a hiatus since my early January episode, and I’m sharing a life update on why I disappeared: life got full and I had to prioritize being a present mom to my three kids, showing up for my job, my movement and health, and my spiritual practice. A major reason for the break was a big transition—I quit my full-time job (which I loved and felt supported in) to join my husband’s startup business doing operations, a role that’s been exciting, nerve-wracking, and challenging as we build from the ground up.

    also did a 30-day Instagram content challenge and learned I can’t force myself into nonstop content systems without spiraling into overwhelm and burnout.

    Between sick kids, birthday parties, my son’s allergy treatment, and ongoing recalibration (including priestess training), I’m reminding myself that ebbs and flows are normal—and I can always come back when I have capacity. I’m feeling inspired to start creating and sharing again, and you’ll be hearing more from me.
