  • I have a voice and I want to use it to express myself. I have been quiet for too long that I unknowingly talk over people badly because I feel I am not being heard....It's something that I struggle with til this day...Don't take it personal! Most time it's what the person is going through and sometimes their actions has nothing literally nothing to do with you.....it always come from childhood trauma that we don't address in our culture.....we all have it!!! I am just willing to share mine.
