    Learn how to get uncomfortable and be okay with changing. Get out of your everyday routine so you can let go of the old and be okay with allowing the new to enter. Also understand that before you gain that power/position you have to gain that peace within yourself. Be okay with being your own peace and your own person you run to when things isn't right.
