    Sophia Anwar is an Account Executive at Plural. In her role, she builds relationships and shares how Plural can make navigating legislation simpler and more accessible, which requires an in-depth understanding of potential clients’ pain points when it comes to legislative tracking.

    Prior to joining Plural, she worked at various mission-driven organizations, including nonprofits, government organizations, and law firms; roles responsible for relationship management and political engagement. She was an Associate at the Office of Presidential Correspondence with the Obama Administration. She also served as a legislative aide for former Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence of Michigan and member of the Congressional Black Caucus and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

    Sophia has experience working as a political consultant with the West Virginia State Democratic Party, working with PACS and political fundraising and creating free communication toolkits for Progressive grassroots organizations. Sophia is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a Bill Archer Fellowship Alum.

    Krystal Yates is a Certified HR professional with a background in both Human Resources and Operations. Prior to starting EBR, Krystal worked for several small businesses in DFW with responsibility for HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing, & Management. Additionally, she has been working with job seekers since 2010 assisting in all facets of job hunting including resume writing, networking and interview prep. In September 2018, 

    Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career. Krystal holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Counsel. She serves on the board of Feral Friends Community Cat and volunteers with the HRSouthwest annual conference. She also mentors entrepreneurs small business owners through SCORE.
