About this listen
The healthcare industry as a whole is at a perilous moment in countries all over the world, with a mass exodus of clinicians who are feeling burnout, declining patient outcomes and a rapidly changing patient demographic.
While a pivot is needed, we cannot lose sight of our core purpose in healthcare - caring for and healing the sick. To do this, we need leaders who understand healthcare operations comprehensively and design technology to optimize these operations. Technology cannot exist for the sake of technology in healthcare - we need to ensure it is improving processes, and supporting the clinicians who use it.
