About this listen

Hanna Look is a certified performance breathing coach, meditation teacher, and holistic health and nutrition coach.
She helps busy, goal-driven humans free their potential through strengthening their physical, mental, and even spiritual health.

In this episode, we hear how she took a long hard look (pun intended) at the influence of sports in her life. Sports had helped to foster a push-through mentality that led to adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalances.

Hanna walks us through her journey, as she started taking a more holistic, balanced approach to her health. An important element of her journey has been incorporating meditation, breathwork and mindfulness practices that help her switch from busyness and autopilot to consciously creating the life she wants.
