Ils étaient six pays il y a 70 ans. Nous sommes 27 aujourd'hui. 32 demain. L'Union européenne est attractive : être dedans c'est être en paix avec les autres membres. Pourtant, on se méfie de ces élargissements. On les soupçonne d'empêcher l'UE de bien marcher. Ça reste à prouver. C'est peut-être le contraire... Face à la guerre russe, La prochaine extension des années 2030 risque d'être inventive et audacieuse !
