Last night, the Central Bank (Amendment) Bill 2025 was introduced in the Dáil by Robert Troy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance. The bill seeks to ensure cancer survivors can’t be discriminated against when it comes to obtaining certain insurance products due to their medical history.
