 Im Gespräch mit Dr. Dirk Gastauer (geb. Kratz) wird die Sichtweise zur Legalisierung von Cannabis, aus der Perspektive eines Suchthilfeträgers deutlich. Positiv sehen wir die Entkriminalisierung von KonsumentInnen, Unzufriedenheit gibt es aber mit der Umsetzung des geplanten Gesetzes, vorerst als "Cannabisklub"-Variante. Scheinbar wegen Vorgaben durch EU-Recht sind Fachgeschäfte zur Abgabe von Cannabis, erst später und auch nur als Modell Projekt vorgesehen.
