About this listen

Lectio Divina, or Divine Reading, is a traditional monastic practice for experiencing scripture as a "Living Word" to connect with and deepen our relationship with the Divine. The process contains four stages - Read, Reflect, Respond, and Rest. There is a short period of silence after each stage to facilitate integration of the experience. Fred Haas is an energy facilitator, intuitive, and a recovery life coach. He is passionate about connecting to the source of our true selves, and living consciously. All rights reserved Spirituality
