Marcus is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of HoMie, REBORN and HoMie Creative. He’s dedicated to using fashion and innovation to make a positive impact for young people experiencing homelessness and in doing so has not only created a thriving business, but has created a workplace culture of genuine belonging. In this episode Marcus shares how he came to be doing this work, what it takes to thrive in the retail space in these challenging times, and some of the biggest lessons he’s learned about leadership along the way.
