Marine Fleury est enseignante-chercheuse en droit public à l’université de Picardie-Jules Verne. Elle travaille sur la façon dont le droit peut nous aider, citoyens et associations, à imposer à nos dirigeants de respecter leurs engagements en faveur de l’environnement, voire même à les faire condamner pour leur inaction. Un savoir qu’elle met à contribution pour accompagner des associations dans leurs démarches. Elle a notamment contribué à "l’affaire du siècle" en faisant condamner l’État pour inaction climatique.
