Where Lis and Claire talk about a busy week after the excitement of the Live Show. We celebrated the lovely Mr and Mrs Cooper’s marriage and Lis drank some terrible gin in Ghent. We saw a very young Saints team win at a packed Goldington Road at the Mobbs Memorial Match; Claire headed off to Loughborough. We talk Women’s Rugby World Cup; and look forward to the quarter finals.

Where Lis and Claire talk about The Blakiston Challenge won by Toby Thame but fiercely fought over by the twenty odd competing players. WATCH TO THE END OF THE POD for something that no other player has ever done.

Claire has a new list of tasks she has to complete before the pod as she apologises to Lis for last weeks’ sound issues.

Claire also talks about the Blues match against Blackheath which marked the start of Dean Adamson’s Testimonial Year. Lots of events so do get behind this stalwart of the Blues.

We talk Women’s World Cup, a new job for an old friend and a returning Welshman.
